The breakfast was nice. There were vegan croissants, which I loved. a tea and coffee machine was next to the room. It was a nice addition. the shower was spacious and hot

The location was very convenient for exploring, near the tube station. i really appreciated the complimentary coffee machine on each floor. It was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and helpful, promptly addressing our needs and always smiling! also, the room was super clean.

there is a coffee machine available on every floor at no extra cost, super convenient. i noticed vending machines with snacks and drinks are also present, easily accessible to guests. the hotel has a secure parking area , a great plus in this area.

the english breakfast included cereals and pancakes for the kids, super helpful. gluten-free options, including toast and jam croissant, were also available. the breakfast service allows for celiac-safe options, offering enough choices for everyone!!!

The reception team was really helpful and friendly. when i asked for extra pillows, they were brought to my room very quickly. the staff also provided useful directions and recommendations for local attractions.

the breakfast choices were ample and decent. i cannot complain about that.
The room lacked a proper window, and that was unsettling. waking up and not knowing if it was day or night felt bizarre. also, the air conditioning made quite a racket. I could not keep it on while in the room. it was annoying
